1. Use the 3-2-1 Method for better sleep 🛌
↳ No food 3 hrs before bed. No drinks 2 hrs before bed.
↳ And no screens 1 hr before bed.

2. Prioritize deep work 🎯
↳ Spend 60-90 mins daily on your no. 1 project.
↳ It’ll quickly compound into remarkable results.

3. Treat your body like a temple 🏛️
↳ Take care of your health as early as you can.
↳ Your body is a house you’ll live in for 80 yrs.

4. Three things to fix 90% of your problems 🌀
↳ A hard workout. A long walk outside.
↳ And a good night’s sleep.

5. Speed up podcast learning 🎧
↳ Consume educational content at 1.5x speed.
↳ Studies show retention is the same as at normal speed.

6. Use the 5-Minute Rule to beat procrastination ⏱️
↳ To start on a daunting task, set a timer for 5 mins.
↳ You can stop when the time’s up (spoiler: you won’t).
